Your skip may have been removed due to the expiry of your hire period or an issue with access to the skip. Please contact us for more specific details regarding the removal of your skip.

We take all waste to licensed recycling centers. We aim to recycle as much as possible, reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills and adhering to all local environmental regulations.

Due to recycling regulations, mattresses cannot be disposed of in a regular skip. Please contact us for information on proper mattress disposal.

For safety reasons, please do not overfill your skip. The waste should be level with the top of the skip, with no items protruding above the sides.

Plasterboard cannot be placed in a standard skip. Please inform us if you need to dispose of plasterboard, and we can arrange for a separate disposal service.

You do not need to be present when the skip is delivered or collected, as long as the delivery area is clear and we have your instructions for placement.

To maximize space and ensure the safety of the skip, place heavy items at the bottom and lighter items on top. This helps to prevent damage and ensures a stable load.

If you have any special requirements, such as specific delivery times or placement instructions, please let us know at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs.

If you need to change the delivery date, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
